About the role

You’ll join our global Patient Experience team — the warm, smart, tech-savvy humans who make The Doctor feel personal from anywhere in the world. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first connection patients have with our brand, guiding them through scheduling, medication refills, lab coordination, and follow-up care. You’ll collaborate closely with our clinicians and operations teams to make sure every patient feels cared for, seen, and supported — not just treated
