VP, Teaching and Learning Business Unit

Clarivate is seeking a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape and scale onCourse, our AI-native platform designed to help higher education institutions transform teaching, learning, curriculum intelligence, and student success. This is a high-impact opportunity for a product-led, commercially minded executive to build a new growth business by pairing deep higher education market expertise with Clarivate ’s trusted university relationships, differentiated content and data assets, global commercial reach, and scale.

Demonstrated experience launching, building, repositioning, or scaling a disruptive software product or new venture. Experience owning or contributing to go-to-market and product strategy, pricing, pipeline development Experience working directly with higher education institutions, university leaders, enterprise customers, strategic partners, design partners, and early adopters.

Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, product management, product marketing, technology, finance, operations, or customer-facing functions. It would be great if you also have. Business-unit, general management, founder, or startup leadership experience.

Experience taking a business from early validation to meaningful commercial scale. Familiarity with AI-enabled teaching and learning, curriculum intelligence, learning analytics, or emerging education platforms. Strong understanding of institutional buying, enterprise sales cycles, customer adoption, implementation realities, and commercial execution.
