Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives Who we are Campus Compact is a national coalition of colleges and universities committed to the public purposes of higher education. As the largest national higher education association dedicated solely to higher education civic and community engagement, Campus Compact enables higher education institutions to develop students’ citizenship skills and forge effective community partnerships.

About the role

The Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives (Coordinator) supports the design, coordination, and implementation of cross-cutting projects that advance Campus Compact ’s mission and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Coordinator plays a critical executional role—providing project coordination (scheduling, stakeholder alignment meetings, budget support), communication, and logistical support across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives.
