Address: Texas The Senior Engineer is a hands-on, AI-first engineering role reporting to the Director of Engineering. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions across EZCORP 's digital product portfolio including customer-facing mobile and web applications, e-commerce platforms, internal store applications, and enterprise integrations with AI-assisted development at the core of how work gets done.

This is a senior role that goes beyond individual contribution. The hands-on Senior Engineer is expected to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects i.e. owning technical direction, coordinating work across engineers and contractors, managing delivery timelines, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for their workstreams.
