Senior Employee Relations Business Partner

In this role as an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will offer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, driving Zoox’s People & Culture strategy to cultivate a workplace built on high engagement and trust. You will leverage your experience in resolving employment issues and ADA accommodation requests, balancing employee fairness with risk management and core business priorities.

Conduct ER Investigations into statutory complaints. Manage Reasonable Accommodation process, working with employees, management, and PEx (HR). Build collaborative, impactful partnerships with cross-functional teams, PEx partners, and managers across all organizational levels.

Manage day-to-day requests for ER support from PEx and Zoox partners. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of employee relations policies and procedures. Help create and deliver HR policy training.

Assist with documentation, including maintaining complete and accurate records Qualifications 8+ years of experience in employee relations, employment law, or HR compliance Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and standard corporate employment policies. Knowledge of ADA accommodation laws and best practices with experience in managing complex requests.
