DevOps Engineer

The position is remote. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. Koniag Data Solutions, LLC (KDS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support next-generation cloud infrastructure, modernization, and cybersecurity automation efforts for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services component. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient, collaborative team member with hands-on experience in GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), multi-cloud environments, and security automation.

The successful candidate will help improve the speed, reliability, security, and auditability of cloud delivery and continuous authorization processes. The DevOps Engineer (Next Generation Cloud) will perform a key technical role supporting ACF cloud modernization, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and mission delivery. Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, security validation, and deployment workflows.
