We are seeking a talented and motivated early-career software engineer to join the Match Group Core in a brand new role enabling greater productivity in non-technical teams through bespoke software and workflow solutions. Match Group Core is the central services division for Match Group, providing shared services and data solutions for all brands under the Match Group portfolio, including Tinder, Hinge, Match.com, POF, OKC, and many others.

Additionally, Match Group Core is a technical service provider for many internal central and corporate teams, such as HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Privacy, Marketing, IT, and Security. With a special focus on internal product development and workflow enablement, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining internal products and workflow solutions (HR/People-focused) that benefit employees across the organisation.
