We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position. Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications

The role

combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities

Key responsibilities

Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC. Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management. Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.

Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures. Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices. Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
