RN After Hours Assisted Living PRN

Are you an experienced Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) living in Minnesota looking to support RN Directors of Health Services in Assisted Living Senior Communities by working in a remote, on-callrole? In this RN After Hours role, your primary job is triaging calls from clinical staff for emergency situations. This position is actively working the entire shift answering calls and completing documentation from calls. This role is an extension of the site DHS.

You will be expected to reach out to hospitals, families, providers, and at times site directors to coordinate care. In this role, you will be required to become licensed in IA, ND, FL and CO, too and get a TB gold blood test. Cassia will pay for these expenses and give you a cellphone, laptop, monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use.

You must have Director of Health Services experience or Assisted Living experience to be considered for these roles. Position Type: On-Call Pay: $36 / hour After-Hours RN Responsibilities: Triage incoming after-hours calls from clinical staff regarding urgent and emergent resident situations. Assess, prioritize, and provide clinical guidance to ensure appropriate and timely care.

Coordinate care by communicating with hospitals, providers, families, and site leadership as needed. Serve as an extension of site DHS to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care. Document all calls, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
