The role

• Nitro is an AI-native data platform that democratizes life sciences data for non-technical commercial teams, turning fragmented HCP/HCO, prescription, and industry data into decisions the field can act on.
• Our team is seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to support our business consulting team’s AWS and Kubernetes analytics infrastructure as part of the broader NitroAI Team.
• You'll work alongside the team keeping this platform reliable and secure, with real ownership over the pieces you run day to day.
• This role needs solid technical fundamentals, but just as important is a customer-service mindset: you'll be supporting internal engineering teams directly, so how you communicate, troubleshoot with empathy, and show up when something's broken matters as much as the fix itself
