Email Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Email Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies using Klaviyo that align with business goals and industry best practices. Optimize and improve automated email marketing flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back) and signup forms in Klaviyo to maximize new customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation.

Develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with client objectives, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging throughout email marketing campaigns. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and Client Success Managers to translate requirements into effective Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing questions and concerns. Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies that help drive business growth. Technical Optimization: Manage Klaviyo setups, integrations (e.g., Shopify, CDPs, custom tech stacks), and account infrastructure, ensuring they are properly configured, segmented, and performing optimally.

Conduct regular audits in Klaviyo to identify and resolve technical issues related to email deliverability, responsive design, dynamic tagging, and personalization. Identify technical issues and work diligently to resolve them in a timely manner. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze lifecycle and email marketing performance metrics via Klaviyo analytics and Google Analytics, such as repurchase rates, LTV, engagement rates, and list growth.
