Role overview

• DREAMLABS is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of email and SMS marketing across our client portfolio.
• This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working inside Klaviyo and can take a finalized strategy, brief, and creative assets and turn them into accurate, fully functional campaigns and automated flows.
• You will be responsible for building, QAing, scheduling, and maintaining email and SMS programs while keeping projects organized and communicating clearly with the internal team and clients.
• The ideal candidate understands the mechanics behind lifecycle marketing, takes ownership of their work, and can be trusted to execute accurately without constant oversight

Key responsibilities

Campaign Implementation: Build, schedule, and launch email and SMS campaigns across multiple clients based on finalized strategic briefs and provided creative assets. Flow Logic & Automation: Build, update, and maintain automated customer journeys in Klaviyo, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and other lifecycle flows.
