This consent text is a draft. Counsel must confirm E-SIGN Act and UETA coverage, the audit-trail design, and the withdrawal process before it becomes effective.
By creating an account or requesting application submissions, you agree that JobGiant, a Start My Business Inc. company, may provide records to you electronically and that your electronic signature is valid and binding. This consent follows the federal E-SIGN Act and state UETA laws. An electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten (wet) signature.
This consent covers the Application Authorization that lets JobGiant staff submit applications as your disclosed agent, your account agreement, plan and trial terms, billing receipts, privacy and policy disclosures, and other communications about your account.
Clicking an acceptance button, checking a consent box, or typing your name into a signature field counts as your electronic signature. Each signature is stored with an audit trail: the document you signed, the time, your IP address, and a document hash, so the signed version cannot be altered silently.
To receive and keep electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and an email address you can read. You can save or print any record from your browser.
You may request a paper copy of any record you signed electronically by contacting support. Any fee for paper copies will be confirmed before launch and listed here.
You may withdraw consent to electronic records and signatures at any time, free of charge, through the contact form or by emailing support. Withdrawing consent ends the Application Authorization, so JobGiant staff can no longer submit applications on your behalf, and features that require a signed authorization will stop. Withdrawal does not affect records already signed.
Electronic records are delivered to the email address on your account. Tell us when it changes so consent notices and signed records reach you.
