JobGiant is operated by Start My Business Inc. The public side of the site, meaning the job index, the hub pages, and the guides, is looked after by a working group rather than a single editor. That group signs its work with one shared byline.
JobGiant Research Desk
Data review and listings quality
The JobGiant Research Desk is the team that maintains the public job index. The desk watches the employer feeds and public job APIs that supply the listings, checks that duplicate removal and expiry rules run as documented, and reviews samples of live pages by hand every week. Counts, pay ranges, and hub statistics are regenerated from the live database, and a person reads the rendered page before copy changes ship. The desk also handles correction requests that arrive through the contact page.
You will not find staff photos or personal biographies on this page yet. JobGiant's honesty rules are simple: nothing on the site may present a person who does not exist, and no one is named publicly without their own approved bio and photo. Until individual team members choose to be listed, the desk byline is the accurate one. Work attributed to the desk is work the whole group stands behind.
The desk keeps the index honest day to day. It confirms the employer feeds and public APIs that supply listings are running, checks that duplicate removal and expiry behave the way the methodology page describes, and reads samples of rendered pages each week before and after copy changes ship. Correction reports from readers land with the desk as well, and confirmed errors are fixed at the next ingest run or directly in the page copy.
The desk maintains data; it does not make hiring decisions, and it does not speak for the employers whose openings appear here. Job details, screening questions, and pay come from the employer's own posting. When a take-home figure is an estimate, the desk makes sure the page says so. When pay is absent from the posting, the page says that too, instead of filling the gap with a guess.
Questions about a listing, a correction, or a page on this site go through the contact page or by email to [email protected]. Messages about job data are read by the same people who maintain it.
